Maintenance/Facilities Concerns
- Heat – make sure all windows are fully closed and that furniture is not directly touching your radiator. If the problem persists, contact the RA on-call number posted in your hall.
- Hot water – contact the RA on-call number posted in your hall.
- Pest control – complete a work order using the link above.
- All other issues – complete a work order using the link above.
Custodial Cleaning Schedules:
Residence hall common areas and bathrooms are cleaned on a daily (Monday-Friday) and/or rotational basis. Bathrooms in Bengal, Bishop, Neumann, and Perry are cleaned daily. Bathrooms in Towers and North Wing are cleaned twice weekly (scheduled posted on each floor). Students in STAC and Moore are responsible for cleaning their own bathrooms. Custodial staff do not clean student rooms during the academic year. On weekends, custodial staff remove trash, clean lobbies, and provide service as needed within bathrooms for Bengal, Bishop, Neumann, and Perry.
Supplies
Each building front desk has equipment for you to check out. Light bulbs, dust pans, mops, brooms, and vacuums are available. Toilet paper is also available. Students must show their Bengal ID when borrowing items.
