Tower 3
Tower 3 is one of four residential towers situated near the Science Building, Houston Sports Complex, and the Football Field. They are designed to be a more independent living arrangement while also providing considerable community engagement opportunities.
Student Population
Tower 3 is home to a diverse student population, comprising upper-division students, first-year students and international students.

Room Types
ower 3 provides a suite style living arrangements where within a suite is three bedrooms, a common room and a bathroom private to the students within the suite. Suites are set up to be two double occupancy bedrooms and a single occupancy bedroom.

Each resident in the room will have their own:

- Desk Chair
- Dresser
- Wardrobe or built-in closet
The common area includes:
- One loveseat
- One coffee table
